1. Subject of the Agreement

I, photographer Alisa Dresvyannikova, agree to provide photography services, and the Client agrees to pay for these services according to the current price list.

2. Copyright

All exclusive intellectual property rights to the photographs belong to the photographer (me). Under the law, I am the sole author of the images.

3. Use of Photographs

By booking a photoshoot, the Client grants permission for the photographs to be used in my portfolio, on my website, in social media, and for exhibitions or contests. If you require a confidential photoshoot, this must be discussed separately before the session begins and may involve an additional fee.

4. Prepayment and Cancellation

To secure a booking date, the Client must pay a deposit (prepayment). This deposit guarantees that I reserve the specific time for you. In case of cancellation by the Client less than 48 hours (2 days) before the shoot, the deposit is non-refundable and serves as compensation for the lost working hours.

5. Acceptance of Terms

Payment of the deposit constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. No physical signature is required — the payment confirms that you agree to all the points mentioned above.

6. Deadlines and Delivery

Finished photographs are delivered within a couple of days via a cloud link. The link remains active for 1 month but can be extended upon request.
